This week was Deeee-Lish-Us!
We started with some freezer meal ideas, so you will ALWAYS be prepared for dinner, especially on those nights where you are working late or driving the kids around to practices or maybe just too tired to think about cooking. Do yourself a favor and pull a homemade dish out of the freezer.
Then we featured Sir Kensington’s condiments in a couple of recipes. We started with a tasty Buttermilk Ranch Dressing made with Sir Kensington mayonnaise.
And on Friday we started thinking about Easter! Yep, even though it seems like we just started 2016, Easter will be here in two weeks! Check out the fun, fun, fun Easter Basket Cake!
But wait! Before Easter arrives, St. Patrick’s Day is here. And since this year St. Patty’s Day falls on a workday, tomorrow we show you how to make a Corned Beef and Cabbage dinner in the crock pot! So be sure to check back.
We are dreaming green this week!

To celebrate National Baked Scallops Day (today) try this Scallops in Parchment Paper recipe from Real Simple. Everyone loves opening a personal packet at their dinner plate to reveal the steamy, fragrant goodness inside!
