Every week is Gr8 here at Great Eight Friends, and this one was no exception.
With April being Earth Month our #TBT was to our Gr8 Goes Green dinner. It’s never too late to “go green” and it’s especially important in our diets…we could all eat more greens!
Jurga shared a delicious Spinach Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing. Bright and fresh and healthy, a perfect starter for a spring meal or add a grilled chicken breast for a light dinner!
And for thinking outside of our food box; Kyle shared a Celery and Pear Bisque (try it, you’ll like it!) and Anna made the Barefoot Contessa’s Potato Basil Purée, a bowl of creamy, cheesy, tasty, deliciousness!
Try these recipes and let us know what you think.
Debbie and Kyle, along with another Gr8 friend, Michelle, love to scrapbook. A couple of times a year they take a trip to totally focus on scrapbooking…(and maybe a little drinking and eating!). Check out their adventures in Debbie’s post, Scrapbooking…a Work of “Heart”!
Be Gr8 Friends!

Today, April 23rd, happens to be National Picnic Day, and it’s a Saturday! Check out our Gr8 Picnic here and pack up some food and go on a picnic of your own. Nothing better than eating outside as the sun sets.
