Sweet Potato Squares with Lemon-Garlic Mayonnaise

Sweet Potato Squares platedThis is a Gr8 appetizer that can be served warm or at room temperature. It is easy to make ahead of time and assemble right before your guests arrive; or, assemble ahead of time and warm for a short time in the microwave before serving (make sure the picks are wooden). I have served this at a backyard barbecue and it’s also a hit as a Thanksgiving appetizer. Enjoy!
