Taco Taco TacoGrowing up the only tacos I knew were the crunchy u-shaped tortillas filled with ground beef that had been seasoned with an envelope of taco seasoning and topped with lettuce, tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese. I am so Gr8-ful that us gringos have finally learned how to truly enjoy tacos! (There’s is even a taco emoji now!🌮)

Tacos make a Gr8 meal because they are so versatile. They can be made using corn or flour tortillas, they can be soft or crispy, they can contain a myriad of fillings, pork, beef, fish, chicken, vegetables…just about anything! They can be vegetarian, vegan, even gluten free!

Here at Great Eight Friends we LOVE our tacos, as is evident in our posts this past month. We have four different taco recipes, pork, shrimp, fish, and even vegetarian! Hmmm, maybe we need a beef taco!
