Cooler weather, fires crackling in fireplaces, leaves turning, comfort food simmering on the stove…if Spring is the time of re-birth, Fall is the time of new beginnings. New school year, changing weather, the food season has changed, we start decorating for the various holidays…..

This week we brought you a sampling of fall yumminess.

  • Rosemary and Spice Nuts – perfect to serve your guests or give as a hostess gift.
  • Butternut Squash Soup – the ideal first course when entertaining a diverse group, it is vegan, gluten-free and dairy free!
  • English Toffee with Toasted Almonds – wow your friends and family with the gift of homemade candy.
  • Shortcake Salad – these shortcakes are yummy with or without the salad. And using the grape tomatoes will make you feel like you have a little bit of summer going on!
