It’s mid-summer and there are lots of recipes to enjoy outdoors on these warm evenings.
We started the week with Mom’s Oven-Fried Chicken… This is Gr8 to make on a cool morning then take on a picnic later that evening; and the best part is, the chicken’s not fried, it’s baked!
The Arugula Salad with Lemon Parmesan Dressing is refreshing and can be made into a main course for a light and healthy dinner. And the dressing is a Gr8 recipe to keep on file for any salad.
On Wednesday we celebrated renowned chef, Wolfgang Puck’s, birthday. Try his Swordfish recipe it’s Gr8 on the grill and fresh swordfish is so delightful in the summer.
We ended the week with two ways to use those juicy, sweet watermelons, grill some for an appetizer or side dish or make Ice Pops!
