Sticky Buns

These sticky buns are so easy to make with only six ingredients and after rising while you sleep, in the morning you will have a delicious treat.

Ingredients

  • Bundt® pan
  • Cooking spray or oil
  • 1 bag Bridgford® frozen Parkerhouse Style Rolls, keep frozen (see Gr8 Tip below)
  • 1 small box butterscotch pudding mix, cook and serve or instant, (keep it dry, do not make the pudding)
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts, optional
  • 1 stick (½ cup) butter, melted
  • Clean or new dishtowel, I keep my eye out while shopping for tea towels on sale.

Instructions

  • Grease pan on all sides including the flute.
  • Place all the frozen rolls as evenly as possible in the greased pan.

  • Combine the pudding mix, sugar, cinnamon, and nuts in a small bowl.
  • Sprinkle the dry ingredient mixture evenly over the rolls.

  • Pour the melted butter over the dry mixture.

  • Lay the dishtowel over the pan.
  • Set the pan on the counter overnight.
  • In the morning, remove the dishtowel and, voilà, risen rolls! Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  • Bake in center of oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

  • Let cool for a few minutes on counter.
  • Invert onto plate and serve!
