Gr8 Barbecue Sauce

Use this sauce on chicken, ribs, brisket, beans, just about anything that want to have a Gr8 barbecue flavor.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups ketchup
  • 2 cups dark brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon liquid smoke
  • 1 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Tabasco sauce

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan mix all ingredients together.
  • Place over medium heat and cook, stirring until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  • The sauce is now ready to use.

Notes

Gr8 Do-Ahead Tip:
The sauce can be made up to 3 days ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator in a covered container.
